1、浙江中医药大学学报2012年9月第36卷第9期血尿与尿血沈峥嵘1沈庆法（指导）2JO1.上海瑞金医院上海2000252.上海中医药大学UR摘要：［目的］探究血尿与尿血的涵义和关系。［方法］总结沈庆法教授治疗肾脏病的临床血尿经验方，结合古今医家的阐述，总结归纳尿血的辨证NA论治和血尿的辨病论治。［结果］尿血分实证尿血和虚证尿血，实火者以清热泻火、凉血止血为法，而虚火者可用养阴清热、凉血止血；膀胱炎血尿LO可以用八正散加味，肾孟肾炎血尿可用麦味地黄丸加减，急性肾炎血尿可用六味地黄丸、小蓟饮子合猪苓汤加减，隐匿型肾炎血尿可用无比山药丸FZ加减，紫癜性肾炎血尿早期用犀角地黄汤
