3、y.06AmadeoCavitePhilippines(4119)andhavinghisresidentialaddressUnit1503,XingHuaRoad,HaiChangDongStreet,Shekou,NanshanDistrict,ShenzheninP.R.C.(The“Employee”).EachofCompanyandEmployeehereinaftershallbereferredtoasa“Party”andcollectivelyas“Parties”.ARTICLE1-

4、GENERALPROVISIONSANDGOVERNINGLAW1.01ThisContractshallbesubjecttoandgovernedbytheLaborLawofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaandotherpublishedandpubliclyavailablelawsandregulationsapplicabletoforeigninvestmententerprisesinShenzhenMunicipality,thePRC.ARTICLE2-TERMOF

5、CONTRACT2.01ThisContractwillbeforatermofone(1)year,commencingonOctober20,2009andexpiringonOctober19,2010.2.02ThisContractmayberenewedifbothPartiesagreetotherenewalandsignanewlaborcontractwithinthirty(30)daysbeforetheexpiryofthisContract.Intheabsenceofanewe

6、mploymentcontractdulysignedbybothParties,thisContractshallterminateautomaticallyuponitsexpiration.ARTICLE3-APPOINTMENTANDDUTIES3.01TheEmployeeduringthetermofemploymenthereundershallservetheCompanyinthepositionofLandscapeDesigner/Project/CADManager,andshall

7、performthedutiesspecifiedbytheCompanyandanyadditionaldutiesassignedtohim/herbytheCompanyfromtimetotime.3.02TheCompanyshallhavetherightto,uponagreementbetweentheParties,re-deploytheEmployeetoworkinanothersimilarpositionand/ortovarythedutiesassignedtohim/her
