2、白、AFP、GP73的测定，利用NRS2002评分简表对患者进行评分，将患者分成营养风险组（A组）和非营养风险组（B组），采用统计学方法对A、B组两组患者的AFP、GP73表达进行分析。结果：营养风险组所检测的AFP、GP73高表达率显著高于非营养风险组（P<0.05）；营养风险组的CHB、肝硬化、原发性肝癌（PHC）患者AFP、GP73的表达逐渐增加；NRS2002分值越高，AFP、GP73表达亦增高。结论：结合NRS2002评分能更多地将无AFP、GP73高表达的患者被正确区分，从而提高AFP、GP73高表达的检出率。[关键词]慢性活动性肝炎；营
