1、2014年9月第31卷第9期ChinJ2014．Vo1．31．No．9·2017··临床研究·原发性肝癌患者介入治疗前后、手术前后血清高尔基体糖蛋白73水平的变化李涛陈义雄陈存飞戴维陈娇黄杰【摘要】目的观察原发性肝癌(PLC)患者介入治疗前后、手术前后血清高尔基体糖蛋白73(sGP73)表达水平的变化。方法酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测33例正常人以及65例PLC患者sGP73水平，并比较24例Ⅱ期PLC患者介入治疗前后以及22例I期PLC患者手术前后sGP73水平的变化。结果PLC患者sGP73水平[(212．19±18．10)L]明显高于正常对照组[(52．60±3．

2、74)ixL，P<0．01]，sGP73水平与PLC患者性别、年龄无明显相关，与临床分期明显相关；11I期[(228．79±11．99)L]明显高于Ⅱ期[(216．21-4-8．10)ixg／L]，II期明显高于I期[(192．03±8．26)马／L]，I期明显高于正常对照组、两者差异有统计学意义(P<0．O1)；介入治疗后PLC患者sGP73水平[(211．07±8．22)L]明显低于介入治疗前[(216．21±8．10)ixg／L]，手术后PLC患者sGP73水平[(183．50±8．49)g／L]明显低于手术前[(192．03-4-8．26)L]，两者差异有统计学意义(P
