5、ons,simpliˆedexpres-sionandlargetypeface.Additionally,thepronunciationofChinesecharacterswasincludedinthetextbookforthe1st―3rdgradeelementaryschoolstudents.Inthisstudy,9studentsfromH.I.schooland37studentsfromKoyasejuniorhighschooltookpartinaquestionnaireandanexamination
6、evaluatingtheusefulnessofthelectures,andthesetextbooks,inregardtothestudent'srecognitionandunderstandingofmedicine.Moststudentsansweredthatthelec-turesandtextbookshelpedthemtounderstandmedicine.Furthermore,theresultsoftheexaminationindicatedthatthestudentshadageneralund
7、erstandingofmedicine.Inconclusion,wesuggestthatitisimportantforstudentsincompul-soryeducationtolearnaboutmedicine,andthataccordingtothepreliminaryresultofquestionnairesandexaminations,boththelecturesandtextbookswereusefultohelpthestudentstounderstandmoreaboutmedicine.Ke
