4、声诊断价值探讨梁娜王付发莫定芳摘要目的分析肝豆状核变性患者肝脏等腹部脏器声像图变化，探讨超声检查对肝豆状核变性的诊断价值。方法通过对59例肝豆状核变性患者腹部超声检查的结果进行回顾性分析，总结其声像图特点，并与临床表现和有关检查结果相对照。结果59例患者中，尿铜增高53例，血清铜蓝蛋白降低56例，血铜明显降低57例，角膜K—F环阳性48例，肝脏声像图异常59例，表现包括：(1)弥漫点状增强型；(2)回声不均匀增粗型；(3)结节型。结论肝豆状核变性肝脏声像图改变明显，超声检查可为该病的诊断尤其早期诊断提供线索。关键词肝豆状核变性肝脏超声检查AnalysisofUltrasound
