1、当代医学2009年12月第15卷第35期中国介入放射学专题 2009年12月第3卷第6期O3对骨性关节炎关节软骨作用的MR与电镜观察张红宇赵卫东高岩峰[摘要]目的观察关节腔内注射医用臭氧后膝骨性关节炎的关节软骨的超微结构及MR表现并初步探讨其发生机制。方法将18只新西兰大白兔随机分为3组(n=6):正常对照组(Normal组),骨性关节炎组(OA组),医用臭氧组(O3组)。正常对照组(Normal组)无处置,将OA组与O3组实验兔的右后肢膝关节用木瓜蛋白酶关节腔内注射法,制成兔膝骨性关节炎模型。造模成功后所有实验兔右侧膝关节做磁共振检查,随即医用臭氧组向右膝关节腔内
2、注入10mlO3浓度为35ug/ml的O3~O2混合气体;骨性关节炎组无处置,治疗满2周后所有实验兔再次做右侧膝关节磁共振检查,之后所有实验动物统一处死,观察三组右膝关节股骨髁部位的关节软骨的电镜改变。结果关节腔内注射医用臭氧后,磁共振检查显示关节软骨损伤减轻,透射电镜亦观察到软骨细胞内受损的细胞核及细胞器有所改善。结论医用臭氧有助于早期关节炎受损关节软骨的恢复。[关键词]骨性关节炎;O3;MRI;透射电镜cartilage'smagneticresonanceandelectronmicroscopeobservationofO3treatmentofrabbit
