3、bilitytoeducateeverychild,we’relikelytofailinmanyotherareas.Butifwesucceedineducatingouryouth,manyothersuccesseswillfollowthroughoutourcountryandinthelivesofourcitizens.Thisblueprintrepresentspartofmyagendaforeducationreform.ThoughitdoesnotencompasseveryaspectoftheeducationreformsIplantopro
4、pose,thisblueprintwillserveasaframeworkfromwhichwecanallworktogether–Democrat,Republican,andIndependent–tostrengthenourelementaryandsecondaryschools.Takentogether,thesereformsexpressmydeepbeliefinourpublicschoolsandtheirmissiontobuildthemindandcharacterofeverychild,fromeverybackground,ineve
