2、ketelluriumwithuniformbrancheswassuccessfullypreparedinlargequantitiesbyasurfactant-assistedmethod.TheproductwascharacterizedwithX-raydiffraction(XRD),scanningelectronicmicroscopy(SEM),transmissionelectronicmicroscopy(TEM),selectedareaelectronicdiffraction(SAED)andenergydisp
3、ersiveX-rayspectroscopy(EDS).Thecharacterizationresultsrevealedthatthestructureofthebranchofflower-likeTewasgrownalongthe(001)crystalplane.Furthermore,theRamanspectrumoftheflower-liketelluriumwithuniformbrancheswasstudied.Theresultshowsthattheflower-likeTehasthreecharacteris

5、shavebeenthefocusofcurrentresearchonmicro-/nanomaterialsbecausepropertiesandapplicationsofthematerialsaredependentonthespatialarrangementandorientationofthenanocrystals[1-2].Todate,synthesisofcomplexmicro/nanostructures,includingfractalpatterns,dendrites,andotherhierarchical
6、structures,hasattractedgreatattentionbecausestudiesonthesehyperbranchedstructuresareusefultofabricateelectronicorphotonicnanodevices[3].Recently,manyeffectivemethodsofsynthesizingfunctionalmaterialswithcomplexthree-dimensionalnanostructureshavebeeninvestigated[4].Forthefabri
