3、ctors,suchasenvironmentalfactors,thechoiceofpartners,andjointventureitself.Althoughthestudyofanglesandwaysaredifferent,theconclusionsarenotthesame.Allthereasonsthataffectjointventure,cross-culturalmanagementasamajorfactorproduceagreatimpactonorganizationmanagement,strategydevelopmentandimpleme
4、ntationofthejointventure.Inthispaper,researchoncross-culturalmanagementofSino-foreignjointventuresisthemainthemeanditwillalsodiscusstherelationshipbetweenthecross-culturalmanagementandjointventuresoperating.Thisarticlestartsitsdiscussionaboutcross-culturalmanagementofSino-foreignjointventuresf
