2、因和实际经营状态有着十分密切的关联。本文从产业经济学的角度,研究上市公司并购发生的动因与策略选择的研究，从公司并购这种经济行为中选择了“上市公司并购的动因”作为研究的对象,全文围绕着“我国上市公司并购的动因是什么”这个核心而展开。在案例分析部分，我选择了2015年申通借壳艾迪西上市，因为这是在快递行业第一个借壳上市的公司，非常具有代表性。并购策略部分，我会从企业、市场和政府三种不同角度以及我国上市公司并购融资的发展策略提出相应对策。关键词：上市公司；并购动因；并购策略；市场操纵。AbstractMergersandacquisitio
