1、摘要在现代企业管理中，企业的发展形式以及收益利润一定程度上是由存货应用所决定的。企业可采取多种措施改进存货管理，如何选择正确且有效的存货管理手段是十分重要的。本文首先通过对黑龙江建龙钢铁公司进行一定程度的了解以及调查，分析该公司存货管理现状，找出问题所在，并通过分析问题以得出最后最优的解决方法。对存货进行管理的目的就是为了在各个效益之间做出利弊分析，减少公司资金占用率，提高存货的利用率，从而达到提高公司效益的目的。本文将黑龙江建龙钢铁公司作为研究对象，就其存货管理现状展开了一系列分析和研究，总结了该公司在存货管理上存在的问题，并结合专业知识，提出了相应的改
