6、西方的交流的日益频繁，使得近年来人们越来越重视彼此之间的文化差异。葡萄酒不仅是一种客观的连接过去与未来的物质，同时也是一种文化。酒文化的存在是在酒的诞生后自然而然出现的文化现象。它已经在现代人们的社会生活中起着重要的作用，因此，近年来不断有众多中国以及西方国家的学者开展关于酒文化的研究。这些研究可归结为两点：物质文化和精神文化，如研究酒器，类型的酒和饮酒习俗。西方国家的研究还集中于如酒的起源和餐桌礼仪。为了减少中西文化之间的差异的社会活动和促进发展，本文分析了酒文化在前人研究的基础上通过中国和西方社会
