1、建筑业农民工欠薪问题的成因与治理摘要农民工欠薪问题已成为我国严重的社会问题，在建筑业方面尤为突出。农民工是我国新型城镇化的主力军，是我国现代化建设的重要推动者。然而他们的合法权益经常无故受侵犯，工资无故被拖欠。它易引发群体事件、恶化劳资关系、侵害农民工生存权与人权等问题。欠薪问题成因错综复杂，涉及各个层次领域，所以本文试图从农民工自身、政府职能部门、建筑企业、包工头、社会机构等方面来探讨农民工工资被拖欠的成因和解决之道。建筑业农民工欠薪可归因于包工头自身、分包体制、劳动法制不健全等问题；深层的影响因素却是城乡二元体制下的农民工的尴尬

5、cy,andthelackofsocialcreditsystemandsoon.Thethinkingof thetreatmentoftheproblemofoweincludestheincriminatecrime,judicialandadministrativegovernance,settingthewageprotectionfoundation,establishingthewagepriority,etc.Inshort,theproblemofwagesowedbymigrantworkersisrelated
