6、gramshavebeenestablishedworldwidetodevelopInsensitiveMunitions(IM)whichrespondlessviolentlytoaccidentalenvironmentalstimuli,andpolicieshavebeeninstitutedtoadoptsuchweaponsintoservice.InlinewiththisphilosophytheADFalsohasestablishedapolicyfortheadoptionofIMi
7、ntoitsinventory.Thereareseveraldifferentapproachestothedevelopmentofinsensitivemunitions,butprominentamongthemistheuseofexplosivefillingswithreducedsensitivity,butinwhichperformanceisnotcompromised.TwoavenuesbywhichtoapproachIM-compliantexplosivecomposition
