1、南京理工大学硕士学位论文平安保险公司寿险业务发展战略研究姓名：韦春华申请学位级别：硕士专业：工商管理指导教师：周小虎20060926摘要中国平安保险公司是我国首家股份制保险公司，也是我国第一家有外资参股的全国性保险公司。平安保险从1988年成立以来，以奇迹般的速度从一个深圳地方保险公司快速发展成为我国第二大保险公司。而且，平安保险未雨绸缪，很早就开始了国际化的步伐，为迎接入世做了充分的准备，被外界誉为我国最为国际化的保险公司。人寿保险业务是我国入世后中外保险企业竞争的主战场。因此，本文尝试运用迈克尔-波特的竞争战略理论，采用五力模型

2、、价值链分析和SWOT等分析方法，深入分析了我国保险市场的竞争态势以及平安集团旗下的平安人寿保险公司的内部资源和竞争能力，最后提出了新形势下的对平安人寿的发展战略建议及对策。通过分析发现，我国寿险也有非常好的发展前景，平安人寿内部优势明显，存在的问题主要是快速发展中的问题，平安人寿将会有非常光明的前景。我国保险业正处于一个快速发展的时期，中外保险公司将会有非常激烈的竞争，因此，平安人寿的经验无疑会有巨大的研究价值，希望本文对我国保险业的发展有所裨益。关键词：中国保险业，平安人寿保险公司，发展战略AbstractPingAnInsur
