2、明确规定，要创新办学体制和教育管高职院校作为高等教育的重要类型，目前其组织结构都是比较典型韵直线职能式，为绩效管理体系的导入和实施带来一定的阻力和困难。总体来看，由于我国高职院校目前对教师实行绩效管理的学校数量还比较少，由于绩效管理引入高职院校的历史还非常短，高职院校绩效管理存在着一系列问题，如绩效管理定位的片面、绩效管理理念的淡漠、传统管理理念的误导、考核监控机制的缺失等。本文以人本管理理论为研究切入点，系统探讨了高职院校绩效管理的现状、原因、及对策，并对高职院校绩效管理体现“人本管理”的体系设计进
