7、分合并放、化疗)1969例，累计对照组(单纯放、化疗)1479例；采用WHO评定疗效标准为效应指标，统计分析采用ReviewManager4．2．2。结果：金刺参九正合剂及其主要成分(金养麦、苦参、刺梨提取物)治疗癌症效果均优于对照组，合并OR值分别为：3．16，2．42，1．84。金刺参九正合剂在改善精神、乏力、食欲、睡眠、疼痛和腹胀方面均优于对照组(合并OR值分别为10．11，7．77，8．49，7．7，7．44和5．54)；在WBC减少、HB减少、PLT减少、恶心、呕吐、口腔炎和脱发的发生率均小于对照组(合并OR值分别为0．23，0．47，0．52，0．0
