3、大学硕士学位论文骨髓基质细胞移植加快化疗小鼠造血与免疫功能恢复的实验研究研究生:何代英导师:唐宗山摘要目的:以BALB/C小鼠为实验对象,探讨骨髓基质细胞移植对化疗小鼠造血和免疫功能的影响。方法:BALB/C小鼠骨髓基质细胞体外扩增培养后移植给化疗后的同系小鼠,在移植后第3、7、14天进行各项指标的检测和观察。用常规方法进行外周血细胞计数;在体外骨髓细胞混合集落培养形成后计数集落形成单位;用流式细胞仪测定细胞周期,计算骨髓细胞增殖指数(PI);用MTT法测定脾T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应的变化。结果:1.骨髓基质细胞移植组外周血WBC、PT在第7天较单纯化疗组明显提高(P<0
