1、上海大学研究生沦文用纸摘要本论文课题来源于国家863计划上海汽车制动系统有限公司CIMS应用工程(简称SABS-CIMS)o.本文是作者结合实际课题，对MRPII/JIT混合式生产管理方法进行初步研究的工作总结。SABS公司的车间在制品管理混乱、积压严重，需要JIT生产方式，但因很多原材料需要进口、难以及时供货而缺乏实施JIT的前提条件。·针对SABS公司的具体情况，决定采用MRPII/JIT混合式生产管理方法。根据制动钳和ABS的生产特点，在它们的制造过程中分别采用了多阶段混合控制策略和单阶段定量在制品法。多阶段混合控制策略遵循“扬长补短”的原则，结合了MRPII和JIT的优点，避免了两者

2、的缺点。在多阶段混合控制策略中，运用了提前/拖期}L产计划方法来辅助编制制动钳的周装配计划，以达到有限制造资源前提下按时交货和存储费用最小的目标。提前/拖期生产计划方法的运用解决了如何用JIT的思想来改进MRPII的主生产计划编制方法的问题。」针对SABS公司存在生产计划与销售、采购脱节的问题，在采购和销售模块的设计中融入了供应链管理的思想，并采用适时供货的方式来改善供应链。这为如何开发销售、计划、采购一体化的生产管理系统提供了一定的借鉴。、在MRPII/JIT混合式生产管理系统的设计与实施的基础上，对于如何更有效地实施MRPII/JIT混合式生产管理，提出了几点建设性的意见。关键词:MRP
