4、fosteredme,encouragedme,sustainedme,motivatedmeandtrulylovedme.Withouttheirprofoundloveandconstantsupport,Ican’tachievewhatIhavetoday.VIIABSTRACTPeerreviewisanimportantprocessinwritinginstruction,whichhasalreadyarousedincreasingresearchinterest.Amodestnumberofstudiesindicatethatpeerreviewiseffect
5、iveandisanefficientsourceoffeedbackadditionaltoteacherfeedback,whichishelpfultopromotestudents’writingqualities.Nonetheless,whenitcomestothestudiesonpeerreview,mostformerresearchestendtoinvestigateitseffectivenessfromtheperspectiveoffeedbackreceivers,ignoringstudents’rolesasreviewersandthereflect
6、iveeffectsonthemduringtheprocessofpeerreview.Tofilltheresearchgap,thepresentstudywasadministeredtoinvestigatethereflectiveeffectsofreviewingpeers’draftsonreviewers’ownwritingabilitiesthroughtheresearchmethodsofsurveyandtextanalysis.ThestudywascarriedoutinXi’anInternationalStudiesUniversity,withth
