1、兰州大学硕士学位论文COX一2在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变和宫颈癌组织的表达及与PGs的关系摘要耳的:通过检测环氧化酶-2(Cyclooxygenase一2,COX一2)在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(cervicalintraepithelialneoplasia,CIN)、宫颈癌的表达以及血清中前列腺素(Prostaglandins,PGs:PGE2、TXB2、6-k-PGFl。)含量的变化,探讨COX一2、PGs与富颈癌前病变、富颈癌的关系以及它们之问的相关性。方法:用逆转录聚合酶链反应(Rr-PCR)、免疫组化(s—P)法检测COX-2mRNA、COX.2蛋白分别在20例正常宫
2、颈组织、20例慢性宫颈炎性组织(宫颈糜烂)、20例CIN组织和40例宫颈癌组织的表达;用放射免疫(RjA)法测量各组患者血清中PGs的含量,并分析其与临床特征的关系。结果:(1):COX.2mRNA在正常富颈组织无表达,在炎性及CIN组织表达增加(阳性率分jj【『为72%、63%),与正常组对照差异均有显著性(P0.05),在宫颈癌组织则明显增加(阳性率为90%),与宫颈炎组以及C1N组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.001),不同l临床分期、分级、病理分型、不同癌灶大小间COX-2mRNA表达无显著性差异(P>O.
