3、suresareaswhereregionalnationalautonomyispracticedimplementlawsandpoliciesofChinaaccordingtotheiractualsituations;italsoencouragesandsupportsthecultivationofanumberofcadresofalllevels,professionalsofvariousfieldsandskilledworkersamongminoritynationalities.Peopleofvariousnationalitiesinareas

4、whereregionalautonomyispracticed,togetherwithalltheothersinChina,areconcentratingonthesocialistmodernizationdriveundertheleadershipoftheCommunistPartyofChinainordertoacceleratetheeconomicandculturaldevelopmentoftheseareasandmaketheirself-governedhometownsmorestableandprosperous.Afterdecades
