1、中文摘要目的探讨补气养血汤对慢性马兜铃酸肾病大鼠肾性贫血治疗的作用及作用机理。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、药物治疗组三组。将模型对照组与药物治疗组制成慢性马兜铃酸肾病模型。并于造模结束后随机抽取大鼠，取肾组织做病理切片。药物治疗组在造模结束后给予补气养血汤治疗(2。59／kg．d)，疗程两个月。治疗后观察三组大鼠血红细胞数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞渗透脆性、血清促红细胞生成素(EPO)含量及血肌酐(Scr)台勺差异。结果补气养血汤能显著改善慢性马

2、兜铃酸肾病大鼠肾性贫血症状，使血RBC、Hb、HCT及血清EPO含量显著提高。而红细胞渗透脆性及血肌酐结果的差异无统计学意义。结论补气养血汤能显著改善慢性马兜铃酸肾病大鼠‘肾性贫血的症状，使各项血常规指标及血清EPO含量显著改善。在临床应用中，配合纠正酸中毒及降氮等对症治疗后，可能会收到更好的改善肾性贫血的效果，提高患者的生活质量。关键词：慢性马兜铃酸肾病；补气养血汤；肾性贫血Abstract『Objective】Discussionthefunctionandtheactionmechanismoft
