1、华北电力大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要本文在分析现代物流管理理论和方法的基础上，对火力发电企业的物流管理系统中存在的问题进行分析和提出改进意见及方法。首先分析了火电厂物流管理系统的特点和需求，然后针对火电厂的燃料供应物流管理中的管理组织和采购以及库存管理提出了改进意见。其次对其他物资的管理进行分析，引入了ABC分类法和基于供应商管理库存的火电厂物资超市管理模式，建立指标体系进行供应商的选择以及在此模式下的库存策略．最后对火电厂的废弃物物流管理进行了分析，提出管理的原则和废弃物处理或再利用的途径。关键词；火电厂，物流管理，优化ABSTRACT
