1、高职女生职业生涯规划现状研究摘要：随着近年来大学生毕业就业形势的严峻情况的愈演愈烈，尤其是在如今全球经济危机大环境的影响下。高校毕业生就业问题更加成为全社会一个热点问题，而与此同时高职学生的就业问题更加凸现为一个重点，而高职女生的就业问题就成为重点中的难点。一个好的职业生涯规划，对于一个人就业，乃至一生的事业发展都有重要的影响，这是本研究选择高职女生作为研究对象的主要原因。根据我国现阶段对于高职女生职业生涯规划的研究现状，本研究探讨了高职女生职业生涯规划相关的问题，全文主要分文六个部分：第一部分，职业生涯规划内涵的界定。本部分界定了职业生涯规划的相关概念，国内外职业生涯规划，

2、阐述了研究高职女生职业生涯规划的目的和意义。第二部分，介绍了本研究的研究过程和方法。第三部分，我国高职女生职业生涯规划的现状分析。本部分主要用问卷调查法、访谈法，分析了我国高职女生职业生涯规划现实特点与存在问题，分析了问题存在的原因以及影响高职女生职业生涯规划发展的各方面因素。第四部分，对高职女生职业生涯规划教育提出建议和措施。第五部分，阐述本研究得出的结论。第六部分，阐述本研究的局限和不足。关键词：高职女生；职业生涯规划；就业高职女生职业生涯规划现状研究Abstract：Withtheemploymentsituationofuniversitygraduatesinrec
