1、骨髓巨核细胞特异染色法及临床应用的研究摘要目的：对血液痘中骨髓巨核细胞形态学进行研究，为血液病的诊断和鉴别诊断提供新方法和新思路。方法：选择24种染料配成不同溶剂的染液，对血细胞进行单二染色，评价其形态学特征。同时与流式细胞技术及细胞化学染色技术对比观察。(结果(1)正常和血液病人的骨髓或血涂片经碱性品蓝双、染色后，原始巨核细胞、幼稚巨核细胞、巨核细胞的核染成亮蓝色，胞浆染成紫红色，血小板染成紫红色，小巨核细胞的核染成亮蓝色，胞浆染成紫红色。(2)同样的方法染色，原始粒细胞核染为淡蓝紫色，胞浆为深蓝色；早幼粒细胞核染为淡蓝紫色，浆染为深蓝色：中、

2、晚幼粒细胞核均染为淡紫蓝色，浆染为淡蓝色；杆状核、分叶核粒细胞核染为淡紫蓝色，胞浆染为淡蓝粉色；嗜碱粒细胞核染为紫红色，浆染为淡粉色，嗜碱性颗粒染为深紫色，嗜酸粒细胞颗粒不着色。(3)单核细胞、淋巴细胞核浆均染为淡蓝色；浆细胞核染为淡蓝紫色，胞浆染为深蓝色，近核区为紫红色。(4)原红细胞核染为淡蓝紫色，核仁为天蓝色，胞浆染成深蓝色；早幼红细胞核染为淡紫红色，胞浆染为深蓝色；中幼红细胞核染为蓝绿色，核上有紫红色丝网分布，胞浆染为深蓝色；晚幼红细胞核同中幼红细胞，胞浆染为棕红色，成熟红细胞染为棕红色。通过与其它组化染色方法比较及用流式细胞仪法鉴定，j
