3、chnology.Acalmo-dulin-bindingproteingenesequenceofCitrusgrandisvar.ShatinyuHortwasobtainedthoughdif-ferentialanalysismethod,andsomecharactersofthecalmodulin-bindingproteinwereanalyzedandpredictedbybioinformaticsmethod,includingthecompositionofaminoacidsequence,phy-sicochemicalparameters,hyd
4、rophobicity,transmembranedomain,secondarystructureandfunc-tionofproteinetc.Theresultsshowedthatthecalmodulin-bindingproteingenewas1616bpinlengthwithanopenreadingframe(ORF)of1368bp,encoding455aminoacidswithdeducedmo-lecularweightof50.11KDa,andtheoreticalpIvalueof5.33,andcontainedacalmodulin-
5、bindingproteinsdomain.Bioinformaticsanalysisshowedthatthecalmodulin-bindingproteinwasahy-drophobicandunstableprotein.Thehomologyanalysisofaminoacidsequenceindicatedthatthecalmodulin-bindingproteinsharedhighhomologywithcalmodulin-bindingproteinofCitruscle-mentina(98%).Thisworkprovidesasystem
