1、摘要本文论述了我国社会主义市场经济体制下，金融体制改革、银行商业化进程中商业银行的信息保障问题。论文分四章，首先分析市场经济中银行商业化的涵义与特点.信息对银行商业化的作用:然后分别从宏观和微观等方面对商业银行的信息需求进行研究;进而阐述商业银行信息搜集、整理与传递的原则与方法;最后对商业银行信息系统的优化对策作了积极的探讨。在当今知识经济、信息社会时代，信息技术高度发达，信息的功能与作用将日益增强，信息保障问题研究在我国银行商业化转轨中将得到充分的发展。关键词:银行商业化银行信息信息需求信息加工信息系统AbstractThepaperfo
