2、，根据战略管理的层次和过程，从铁路信号产业的特征出发，通过大量的数据和资料，具体分析了企业所处的政治、经济、技术等宏观经济环境和行业竞争环境，分析了企业内部现实资源状况，结合实际地提出沈阳铁路信号厂发展的战略目标和战略目标体系，切合实际地做出总体战略、成K=战略及竞争战略的选择，最后制定了战略实施的配套措施和控制体系。希望本论文的研究工作能为沈阳铁路信号厂在铁路信号产业的市场化改革过程中保持持续、快速、健康发展提供有益的参考。关键词：铁路信号战略战略管理查些查兰堡主堂堡堡查．——————J量叁——一AStrategyStu
