1、沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文沈阳市信息产业发展战略研究姓名：唐淑娟申请学位级别：硕士专业：企业管理指导教师：赵强20120312沈阳理工大学硕士学论文摘要信息产业是当今世界创新速度最快、通用性最广、渗透性最强的产业之一，信息技术水平和信息化能力也是国家创新能力的突出体现。近年来，沈阳市信息产业迅速发展并成为支柱产业，但发展的过程中也显现出了核心竞争力弱、产业结构不合理等亟待解决的问题。本文首先阐述了信息产业相关理论及目前国内外信息产业发展的态势。接着分析了沈阳市信息产业的发展现状，并通过沈阳市信息产业增加值和GDP的线性回归分析，论述了沈

2、阳市信息产业对经济发展的促进作用和倍增作用。然后本文应用SWOT分析方法对沈阳市信息产业发展现状进行深入剖析，得出了沈阳市信息产业发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁之所在。再通过灰色关联度分析方法对影响沈阳市信息产业发展的主要因素进行系统分析，揭示了各个因素与沈阳市信息产业发展的关联程度。进而综合全部的分析结论提出沈阳市信息产业发展的战略群，并应用定量化战略计划矩阵对所提出的战略群进行优化，得出一套完整的关于沈阳市信息产业的发展战略。最后，根据所提出的发展战略分析了确保这些战略能有效实施的保障措施。关键词：信息产业；SWOT分析；灰色关联度
