2、种研究方法，首先对抚顺市中小学信息技术的基础设施与教学资源建设、师资队伍、课程设置与整合和学科评价等现状进行调查，然后在相关理论和政策的基础之上，阐述了抚顺市中小学信息技术教育管理存在的问题，并深入分析了存在问题的原因，最终有针对性地提出转变信息技术教育观念、加速信息技术教育基础设施和教学资源建设、提升教师信息技术教育能力和人才队伍质量、加强信息技术与课程整合、构建信息技术课程评价体系、提高抚顺市中小学学生信息素养等六方面完善抚顺市中小学信息技术教育的管理对策。关键词：抚顺市；中小学；信息技术教育；管理对策黑龙江大学硕士学位论文Abstr
