2、，对高校教师职后教育现状进行了综述并提炼出适合高校体育教师职后教育应该具备的诸多原则、方法、模式和途径等。本着理论研究结合应用研究二者结合生成可行性模块的理念，对湖北省高校体育教师职后教育进了全方位、多维度调查考证，通过问卷、访谈、文献等方法发现湖北省高校体育教师职后教育存在的问题：湖北省体育教师职后教育条件、环境、模式、内容、评价体系、激励机制等方面还存在不足。通过对湖北省体育教师职后教育现实状况的调查研究，提出促进体育教师职后教育发展的建议。关键词：湖北省；高校；体育教师；职后教育⑨硕士学位论文MASTER‘S
