1、中南大学博士学位论文数据仓库与数据挖掘技术在新型铝电解控制系统中的应用研究姓名:陈湘涛申请学位级别:博士专业:有色金属冶金指导教师:刘业翔20040401生产数据进行挖掘;在模型中,通过对电解槽的历史数据进行分析,获得属性集的最佳考核指标范围,即满足最小支持度的属性划分;在此基础上,实现对单维和多维属性的偏移系数挖掘,获得电解槽当前各考核目标的指标偏移状况,及时调整和修改偏差较大的控制参数,提高管理效率;6)基于网络与数据仓库技术,设计并开发了新型铝电解网络监控系统;通过网络,用户根据权限可以在任意一个节点实现历史数据与报表
2、的远程访问、动态信息的远程监控,以及各种控制参数的远程访问或修改。实际的使用结果表明,这种新型的铝电解网络监控系统加强了铝电解槽的管理,提高了电解系列的监控水平。关键词:铝电解、控制系统、网络、数据仓库、数据挖掘、模型ⅡABSTRACTInthetraditionalaluminumelectrolysiscontrolsystems,thereweremanyproblems,suchasbadabilitiesofnetworkprocessing,phenomenaofinformationaloneislands,s

4、rtationweresummarizedasfollows:1.Inprocessofintroducingthetechnologyofdatawarehouseanddataminingintothealuminumelectrolysiscontrolsystems,thealuminumelectrolysisdataminerwasdesignedanddeveloped,whichcombinedwithexperienceandknowledgeofaluminumelectrolysisexperts,an
5、dmadefulluseofallkindsofdataproducedbythecontrolsystems.2.Theconceptsofthemeasureofattributesrepeatingandthemeasureofrecordsrepeatingwerebroughtforwardtoprocesstherepeatingrecordsinthedatapreprocessingofdatawarehouse,andthealgorithmscorrelatedwithidentifyingofrepea
6、tingrecordsandnoiseweredesigned.Basedontheinfluenceoftheoldandnewinformationonthecavitydata,arithmeticoperatorswitllweightwerebuilttofillinthecavityfortheformationoftheequalintervalsequenceandthecompletionofthedataminingintheend.3.Thegrayassociationanalysiswasintro
7、ducedintodatamining,andtheframeworkofthegrayassociationruleswasputforward.Thegrayassociationrulesobtainedfromtheresultinminingthedataproducedfromthecontrolsystemsinsuchframeworkshowedthedegreetowhichthenon-mainattributesaffectedthemainattributeinacertainareaoftimea
