3、zepreparationtechnologyandimprovegaspermeation-ThecompositecarbonmembraneswerepreparedbycoatingthePAAandPPESKsolutiononthecoal-basedsupports.Effectsofdifferentporesizeofsupportsandpreparationconditionsonthegasseparationperformanceofcompositecarbonmembmneswereinvesti
4、gated.TheoptimumconditionsofcoatingtechnologytopreparePIandppeskbasedcarbonmembraneswasdeterminedandWaSthattheconcentrationofthecoatingsolutionarel6wt%、l5wt%andcoatingtimesarethree、two,respectively。Inorderedtoimprovethecompositebetweensurpportandprecursor,wechoseone
5、nonionicsurfactantasamodifierE位ctsofdifferentmolecularweightandamountofadditiveonthegasseparationperformanceofcompositecarbonmembmneswereinvestigated.Themodifiershowedthefunctionofimprovmgthecompositebetweensupportandprecumorandincreasedthepermeationratesatthesameti
6、me.Tkidealseparationfactorof02fN2forthePIandPPESKbasedcompositecarbonmembranesreached9.34and7.69,respectively.Aimingatimprovingthepermeationratesofcompositecarbonmembranes,interlayerwithorderedstructurehadbeenpreparedonthesurfaceofsupportsbyusingorderedmesoporousmat
