1、金黄色葡萄球菌滤液制剂（思复胜）提升白细胞的实验与应用研究任少华1，胡定国2，马凤森2【摘要】目的观察金黄色葡萄球菌滤液制剂（思复胜）提升白细胞的作用。方法对含有SEC的思复胜注射液进行动物体内提升白细胞、体外增殖淋巴细胞实验以及对少量肿瘤患者的临床应用研究。结果采用含4ng/ml以上SEC思复胜注射液，均可刺激小鼠体内白细胞的显著升高（P＜0.01）。＞5ng/ml剂量，可促进小鼠脾脏细胞及人外周血淋巴细胞的高度增殖。其效果较ConA（阳性对照）更好。人体应用试验证明：含SEC12ng/ml的思复胜注射液每日注射2ml，30天内可避免使放、化疗肿瘤患者外周

2、血白细胞降低，且有一定程度的升高，与放化疗前相比，统计学上差异无显著性，而与未注射思复胜注射液的放、化疗对照组相比，其外周血白细胞减少差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。含SEC的思复胜注射液可提升零星在家正在进行放、化疗肿瘤患者外周血白细胞数量，与已在放、化疗时白细胞数相比，其升高有显著（P＜0.05）或非常显著（P＜0.01）的差异。结论含SEC的思复胜注射液对癌症放、化疗患者白细胞降低具有显著的保护作用。【关键词】含SEC的思复胜注射液；提升白细胞；增殖淋巴细胞；肿瘤放、化疗Studiesofexperimentialandapplicationfor14S
