2、外周血淋巴细胞的高度增殖。其效果较ConA（阳性对照）更好。人体应用试验证明：含SEC12ng/ml的思复胜注射液每日注射2ml，30天内可避免使放、化疗肿瘤患者外周血白细胞降低，且有一定程度的升高，与放化疗前相比，统计学上差异无显著性，而与未注射思复胜注射液的放、化疗对照组相比，其外周血白细胞减少差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。含SEC的思复胜注射液可提升零星在家正在进行放、化疗肿瘤患者外周血白细胞数量，与已在放、化疗时白细胞数相比，其升高有显著（P＜0.05）或非常显著（P＜0.01）的差异。结论含SEC的思复胜注
