2、增强企业核心竞争力，，将受到我国企业界特别是历史较长、规模较大的国有企业的高度关注。白银有色金属(集团)有限责任公司作为一个拥有五十年历史、地处西北地区的国有特大型联合企业，如何开展企业文化建设需要认真研究。本文按照“白银公司为什么要建设企业文化”，“现有企业文化是什么样、是怎样形成的”，以及“建设什么样、怎样建设企业文化”这条思路为主线展开，正文共分四大部分，第一部分：白银公司建设企业文化的必要性；第二部分：白银公司企业文化现状诊断分析；第三部分：白银公司企业文化建设方案的选择与制定；第四部分：白
