1、上海交通大学硕士学位论文上海测绘行业监管模式的研究姓名:李海涛申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:顾锋20070128第四章通过对中外测绘行业监管实践的分析和比较,对上海测绘行业监管模式的改进提出思路和措施。第五章则紧密结合本文要解决的问题:行业监管模式改进,来组织论证和分析。这里,对监管目标和监管主体的选择作了较详细的理论分析。特别是监管主体的选择,在监管模式选择和优化中处于核心地位。通过构造“测绘行业监管模式选择模型”,提出未来上海测绘行业监管应为一种由政府部门、行业协会、市场主体组成的三元监管模式。在前五章的基础上,第六章提出了上海

5、ettingoutthesecretoftheproductionoftheSMI,competingwitheachotheratthelowlevelofprice,therepetitionoftheGISsystemconstructionandpoorcompatibilityandsoon.Fromthepointsoftheregulationobjectives,theregulationauthority,theregulationfunctioningmechanisms,theregulationmeans,thepape
