2、THESTUDYONTHEEXPRESSIONSOFTOLL-LIKERECEPTORSINTHECONDYLOMATAACUMINATAABSTRACTCondylomataacuminataisapapilliformhyperplasiaofepidermiscausedbyhumanpapillomavirus.Along-timeclinicalobservationandstudiesrevealthathostimmuneconditionhasanintimaterelationshiptothiscommondisease,whichmayberesponsib
3、lefortheinfectionofHPV,developmentandrecurrenceofthedisease.Tolllikereceptors(TLRs)areknownaspatternrecognitionreceptors,whichcanrecognizeavarietynumberofmicrobesincludingvirus.However,itisstillunclearthemechanismofinnateimmunityhowinfectiontriggerscondylomataacuminata.Therefore,inordertoinve
4、stigatethecontributionofinnateimmunityinthedevelopmentofcondylomataacuminata,westudiedtheexpressionofTolllikereceptorsinthepatients1.TheexpressionsofTLR2、TLR3andTLR9mRNAintheperipheralbloodmononuclearcells(PBMCs)frompatientsandhealthyVITOLL样受体在尖锐湿疣中表达的研究controlsweredetectedbyreal-timequantita
5、tivePCR.WefoundthatthelevelsofTLR2,TLR3andTLR9mRNAhadnosignificantlydifferencesbetweenpatientsandhealthycontrols.Itissuggestedthatsystemicimmunitymaynotplayaroleinthepathogenesisofcondylomataacuminate.2.TheexpressionsofTLR2、TLR3andTLR9inthekeratinocytesfrompatientsandhealthycontrolsweredetect
6、edbyimmunohistochemicalstaining.WefoundthatthelevelsofTLR2,TLR3inthepatientshadsignificantlydownregulated.TLR9wasnotfoundinbothgroups.Theresultsindicatedthattheinhibitionofinnateimmunityintheinfectedregionsmayplayamainroleinthepathogenesisofcondylomataacuminate.Inaword,ourstudyfirstlyconfirme
