3、lsinbusinessstrategy.Logistichasbeenactinganimportantcomponentorinfluenceontheperformanceofmeetingthedynamiccustomerrequirementflexiblyandeconomically.Thefunctionofsupplychainhasbeencombinedintothese3topworkingareasincludinggoodsdelivery,manufacturesupportingandmaterialprocur
4、ement.Tomeetthecustomerdemandeconomically,bothofthematerialflowandtheinformationflowshouldbeservicedforquickresponse,theleastvarianceandtheloweststockinonephase.ThisthesisincludestheresearchandoptimizationofenterpriselogisticoperationprocessbasedonBPRtheory.Themaincontentcove
5、rstheconceptofBPR,customerrequirement,logisticmanagementaswellasprocessofoptimizingmaterialflowandinformationflowwithBPRpolicy:1st,tobuildastandardoperationprocedure;2nd,tofixproceduresintotheapplicationsoftwarewiththehelpofinformationtechnology,whichcouldexecutetheproducesex
6、actlyontheonehand,andcouldrecordtherealtimeoperationdataontheotherhand;3rd,toanalysisthecustomerrequirementbasedontheprocessandrelativeoperationdata;4th,toselectkeyprocessesandtooptimizetheminthelightofmeetingcustomerdemand;5th,todesignandevaluatethenewprocedureoperationindex
