4、hileitlearnstheexperiencesfromothercountriesandinternationalorganizations，discussesthreebasicprinciplesonthemarketaccessofforeignbanksincommonusearoundtheworld-wide，thepurposeofthearticleisthatbystudyingourproblemtomakealegalwayforgivinganeffectiveregulationonthemarketaccessoffor
