2、、学生思想心理状况的信息进行充分地收集、掌握，以便更好地做到有的放矢。接下来，本文着重对隐性思想政治教育课程的主要构成要素活动、环境、制度的设计进行了深入、细致、全面的研究。由隐性思想政治教育课程的设计推进到实践过程中的开展是本研究的又一突破。隐性思想政治教育课程与显性思想政治教育课程不同，它对学生的影响是潜移默化的、间接的，本研究分析了其独特的施教机制与接受机制。隐性思想政治教育课程的开展对教育者有着特殊的要求，因此，本文阐述了教育者需要具备的素质及必要的准备。在隐性思想政治教育课程的开展中，遵循因人制宜原则，本文就针对精英学生群体、问题学生群体、贫困学生
