3、servants'dutyconsumptioncausedbytheabusesandnotapersonofintegrity,isoneofthemajorproblemsinthepartyinGovernment,itsoperationorderhaveanegativeeffectonthepartyandGovernmentorgans,seriouslydamagingtheimageofthepartyandtheGovernment,underminingtherelationshipbetweenpartyandthemasses,effect,openingup
4、andeconomicconstruction.FromICountyinrecentyearsofgovernancesituationsee,positionsconsumptionintheproducedof"twonot"phenomenonrenderingfourafeatures:aispositionsconsumptionsystemlosthasdueofbinding,rightisgreaterthanrules,andrightisgreaterthanmethodofphenomenonmorehighlight;IIisinpositionsconsump
5、tionintheCameraObscuraoperation,usingterms,willpositionsconsumptionintohaspersonalconsumption,willcorporatepointstointopersonalpointsto,makespositionsconsumptioninsomeaspectshasintopositionsenjoyandself-dealingofmeans;threeistopositionsconsumptionforname,fraud,falseimpersonator,Trendofnegativecor
6、ruptionphenomenasuchascorruptionandmisappropriation;fourpalaces,followthefashion,rivalries,wasteful,andpostconsumptionbecameasymbolofshowingofftheirindividualcapacities.Causedbypublicservants'dutyconsumptionofmany"two"phenomenoninwhichpeoplereflectthebiggestproblemsare:(a)theofficialcarproblems.M
