1、摘要为了研究不同比例花生秧日粮对肉鹅的生产性能和屠宰性能的影响,以90只健康、体重均一鹅只进行试验,试验随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只鹅,试验为期8周,以重复为单位,测定鹅只的体重、耗料和料重比等生长性能指标,饲养试验结束进行屠宰试验,测定屠宰率、全(半)净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率等屠宰性能指标。试验结果表明:肉鹅在2-4周龄随着花生秧添加量的增加,花生秧的日增重、日采食量均呈现出下降的趋势,料重比呈现出上升的趋势,其添加量为3.5%组的日增重最高(p>0.05),料重比最低(p>0.05);添加3.5%组日采食量极显著高于添加量为24
2、.62%组(p<0.01)。肉鹅在5-8周龄,日增重呈现出下降的趋势,日采食量和料重比均呈现先下降后上升的趋势。添加量为10%组的日增重和日采食量均最高(p>0.05);添加量23.5%的料重比最低(p<0.05)。随着花生秧添加量的增加,屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率及胸肌率均呈现先上升后下降的趋势。中间添加量组最高(P>0.05)。腿肌率呈现上升的趋势。高纤维花生秧组的腿肌率最高(P>0.05)。腹脂率呈现先下降后上升的趋势。高纤维花生秧组的腹脂率最高(P>0.05)。花生秧对屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率和腹脂率影响均不大。结论:
