2、业的融资能力、发展能力、竞争能力乃至整体发展格局具有重要的影响。良好的资本结构，不仅有利于改善公司治理效率，而且可以有效地利用债务融资的财务杠杆功能，提高企业的整体竞争力。本文是在前人研究的基础上，尝试性的探究资本结构与财务竞争力的关系，试图为提高企业的财务竞争力寻找合适的路径。论文在对资本结构和企业财务竞争力及两者关系进行理论分析基础上，提出研究假设，设计研究方法，建立资本结构和财务竞争力评价指标体系，运用描述统计及结构方程模型法进行实证研究，分析资本结构与财务竞争力的交互关系。制造业是我国上市公司中的主导行业，而机械类上市公司是制造业的重要组成部分。本文利用2010-201

3、4年我国机械类上市公司已披露的财务信息，进行资本结构和财务竞争力关系的统计分析和实证研究，得到结论：我国机械类上市公司的资本结构对财务竞争力有显著的正向影响、财务竞争力对资本结构有显著的正向影响，资本结构和财务竞争力之间有明显的交互影响。最后根据理论与统计分析、实证研究的结论，提出机械类上市公司优化资本结构、增强财务竞争力的建议。关键词：资本结构财务竞争力财务指标实证研究机械类上市公司RESEARCHONTHERELATIONSIPEBETWEENCAPTIALSTRUCTUREANDFINANCIALCOMPETITIVENESSOFCHINA'SMACHINERYLISTI
