2、员工产生反生产行的影响因素，并由此提出相应的解决方案。但与国外的研究成果相比，基于中国文化背景下的反生产行为的实证研究还比较欠缺；领导风格作为诱发反生产行为的重要因素，还需要不断扩展。我国目前正处于经济转型时期，在这样一个情境下，反生产行为更值得我们去研究去探讨。本文针对反生产行为进行研究，主要关注差序式领导与反生产行为的关系。首先，在理论分析和文献梳理的基础上，构建研究模型，提出差序式领导对反生产行为的影响，互动公平的中介作用以及权力距离的调节作用的19条假设。其次，通过变量定义、问卷设计、预调研，确定正式问卷，
3、并收集到451份有效正式样本数据，运用SPSS19.0对正式样本数据进行实证分析，得到人口特征及测量题项的描述性统计结果、信、效度检验结果，相关性分析结果及假设检验。研究结果表明：宽容信任对组织偏差行为和人际偏差行为均有显著的正向影响；沟通照顾对组织偏差行为没有显著影响，而对人际偏差行为有显著负向影响；提拔奖励对组织偏差行为和人际偏差行为均没有显著影响；权力距离负向调节互动公平与反生产行为的关系。权力距离调节下的互动公平在差序式领导与组织偏差行为之间不具有中介作用，但在差序式领导与人际偏差行为之间具有部分中介作用,
