7、急性房颤心房肌细胞内钙离子浓度的影响摘要目的:心房颤动(atrialfibrillation,AF)是一种以心房不规则活动为特征的快速房性心律失常。心房颤动能够导致严重并发症,如心房内血栓形成、脑卒中、心力衰竭,从而导致房颤患者的病残率及病死率增加,现有关房颤的发病机制仍未完全阐明。近年来,提出了重构的观点,主要指心房重构,心房重构包括心房电重构和解剖重构,关于心房重构在房颤的2+分子生物学机制中的研究,也取得重大的进步。Ca超载是心房重构的重要机制,而大量研究表明:AF时心房肌细胞能量代谢发生改变与心房肌细胞内钙离子浓度有密切

8、关系,本研究通过快速心房起搏建立家兔心房颤2+动的动物模型,以及测定心房细胞内Ca浓度,探讨心肌能量代谢药物曲美他嗪对心房肌细胞内钙离子浓度的影响,进一步了解优化能量代谢是否能够减轻房颤时心房细胞内钙超载,从能量代谢水平为房颤的现代化治疗提供新的治疗思路。方法:
