2、二○一八年五月I成都中医药大学2018届硕士学位论文中文摘要目的：针对目下脾胃系统疾病多发的状况，通过对名老中医李孔定“致中和”脾胃证治学术思想的整理，归纳总结李老临床辨治脾胃系统诸疾经验，以期对中医中药治疗脾胃疾患有所裨益。方法：本文分为四个部分，研究方法主要为文献整理回顾性研究的方法。第一部分：通过文献整理的方法对中医脾胃系统理论进行初步研究。第二部分：通过对李孔定辨治脾胃疾患资料的整理与分析，深入挖掘其“致中和”学术思想之内在含义。第三部分：通过对李孔定治疗慢性胃炎153例病案数据分析，探讨其“致中和”用药特点。第四部分：对前文进

3、行总结回顾与展望。结果:通过对相关资料的整理与分析发现，李老“致中和”学术思想在其治法、组方、用药方面多有阐发，在以慢性胃炎为例的临床数据研究中亦得到体现。结论：李孔定教授“致中和”论治脾胃系统疾病，原理清晰，治法明了，拟方灵活，用药合规，对脾胃诸疾论治具有一定的指导意义，值得进一步深度研究与探讨。关键词：李孔定致中和脾胃临床经验II成都中医药大学2018届硕士学位论文AbstractObjective:Inviewoftheprevalenceofspleen-stomachsystemdiseases,wesummarizedthe
