7、······················45个人简历··············································································46中文摘要E-钙粘蛋白基因启动子区异常甲基化与子宫肌瘤的关联研究摘要目的:子宫肌瘤是妇女在生育年龄最常见的肿瘤,其发生率约为20~30%。虽然子宫肌瘤是良性肿瘤,但是它可以导致女性月经出血过多、慢性盆腔痛、反复流产、不孕等。子宫肌瘤的确切发病机制到目前仍不清楚。有研究表明子宫肌瘤的发生和发展

8、与一些肿瘤抑制基因的异常表达相关,例如:T-cadherin、p53、KLF11、DLEC1和KRT19等。肿瘤抑制基因的失活或者功能缺失可能是形成子宫肌瘤的原因之一。E-钙粘蛋白是一个重要的肿瘤抑制基因,属于细胞表面糖蛋白家族中的一员,它可以维持同质细胞间的粘附和保持组织结构的完整性。大量研究表明,E-钙粘蛋白的异常表达与许多上皮性肿瘤的侵袭和转移有关,包括子宫内膜癌、子宫颈癌、卵巢癌和肉瘤等。另外,E-钙粘蛋白的异常表达在一些良性侵袭性疾病的发生和发
